— -- Authorities in Belgium have arrested a man over suspected links to the Paris attacks that killed 130 people, according to the federal public prosecutor's office in Belgium.

Authorities said the suspect, identified as only Abdollah C, is a Belgian national and was born in 1985. He was detained on Dec. 22.

The Belgian federal prosecutor's office said in the statement the investigating judge ordered an arrest warrant against the man for terrorist murders and participation in the activities of a terrorist organization.

The man is suspected to have been in contact several times with Hasna Ait Boulahcen, the niece of Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the ringleader of the Nov. 13 Paris attacks. Boulahcen and Abaaoud were killed when French police carried out a raid on their apartment on the outskirts of Paris last month.
