“I got a surprise for you,” his mom, Paula Williams, says in the Facebook video.
As her son approaches, he has no idea he’s about to learn that his best friend finally came home.
“Kase? Kase! Kase, I missed you,” the young boy says while throwing his arms around the pup’s neck.
