5-Month-Old Baby Joins Family Dogs in Barking Battle
Baby Logan has learned to howl like his pet dogs.
— -- A 5-month-old baby from Virginia has quickly learned what it takes to fit in with his family’s pets.
The baby, Logan Woods, of Virginia Beach, Va., is at the center of a viral video showing him barking right along with his family’s two dogs, a yellow Labrador Retriever named Kaela and a chocolate Labrador Retriever named Charlotte.
The moment happened last Sunday but it is not an unusual sight in the Woods’ household, according to Logan’s dad, Larry Woods.
The chorus of barking and howling got its start about seven years ago when Kaela, disturbed by the pitch in Woods’ voice, started howling. When the family got Charlotte a few years later, she would start mimicking Kaela’s howl as soon as it started.
Now that tradition has been passed on to Logan.
“Since they do it so much my son started doing it,” Woods said. “Now it’s to the point where he can almost do it on command when they start.”
