— -- RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. -- With less than a month to go before Election Day, ABC's George Stephanopoulos is moderating a one-hour U.S. Senate debate tonight in North Carolina between Democratic Sen. Kay Hagan and her challenger, Republican State House Speaker Thom Tillis.

The debate, hosted by the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters Educational Foundation, will be aired live on television and radio stations throughout the state.
