Lindsey Ellerson
— -- Lindsey Ellerson is a producer for ABCNews.com based in the Washington, D.C. bureau. As part of the digital media team, she produces and reports on Washington-based stories.
Ellerson joined ABC News in 2005 and has spent the majority of her time reporting on national politics.
In her current role, Ellerson is the primary political video producer for ABCNews.com, contributing video packages, features and raw clips to both the Web site and ABC News' broadband entity, ABCNews NOW. During the 2008 campaign season, Ellerson produced the weekly video edition of "The Note" with Rick Klein for ABC affiliates, ABCNews.com and ABC News Now.
Before her assignment at ABCNews.com, she worked as a production associate for "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," where she produced the segment "In Memoriam" and the weekly Webcast, and coordinated other production needs.
Originally from Annapolis, Md., Ellerson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in journalism and performance studies.
