ABC’s “The View” averaged 2.646 million Total Viewers, 499,000 Women 25-54 and 378,000 Women 18-49 during the week of May 23, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research.
For the 2nd week in a row, “The View” turned in gains on the year-earlier week (2.422 million, 477,000 and 364,000, respectively, on w/o 5/25/15) in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+9%), Women 25-54 (+5%) and Women 18-49 (+4%). In fact, “The View” has delivered increases year to year in all 3 measures in 5 of the last 6 weeks.
2016 to date, “The View” is improving in Total Viewers (+121,000 – 2.891 million vs. 2.770 million) and Women 25-54 (+4,000 – 578,000 vs. 574,000) compared to the same point in 2015.
