— -- The Dallas Cowboys won a coin flip with the Baltimore Ravens for the 16th overall pick in the NFL draft in May.

The Ravens will have the No. 17 pick. The coin flip occurred Wednesday morning at the draft combine in Indianapolis.

Both teams were 8-8 last season and needed a tiebreaker because they also finished with the same strength of schedule. Their opponents had a .484 combined winning percentage.

This is the third time in four seasons Dallas will enter the draft with a pick in the top half of the first round. No. 17 overall is the highest pick for Baltimore entering a draft since 2008.
