— -- It’s the final week of the regular fantasy football season and many leagues have either ended or are wrapping up this weekend.

In terms of weather, there aren't too many issues as we head into the weekend, but lake effect snow is in the forecast for Buffalo, N.Y. over the coming days. By Sunday, the snow will begin to die down, but we can't rule out a passing snow shower during the morning or afternoon hours.

On Sunday at 1 p.m. eastern, the New York Jets will play the Buffalo Bills at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Buffalo, N.Y. The Jets have been on an incredible hot streak during the second half of the season. After that amazing win in overtime against the Patriots last Sunday, they are more ready than ever to make the playoffs. Ryan Fitzpatrick, Eric Decker, and Brandon Marshall have been unstoppable the past several weeks, and there’s no reason that won’t continue here in Buffalo. The Jets control their own destiny, and will definitely be playing to secure that wildcard spot.

The Buffalo Bills on the other hand, don’t gain anything if they win or lose. So, the prediction is, they won’t be playing with as much drive and determination as the Jets will, even though Rex Ryan will be, because he would like to beat his old team. One bright light on their offense, that could turn this into a game is Sammy Watkins. Watkins is averaging over 100 yards per game over the past five. At the last Bills and Jets meeting, he only got three receptions for fourteen yards, so we will see if the Jets defense can stop him again this Sunday at Buffalo.

The weather across the rest of the country on Sunday looks fairly quiet, and we are not expecting the weather to be a big factor for the remaining of the games from coast to coast. Temperatures for the home games on Sunday stay warm in the 70s in Phoenix and Miami. It will be a bit cooler, highs in the 50s in the south from Dallas to Atlanta. The coldest spot is the upper Midwest where temperatures don’t get out of the 30s. Chicago, Indianapolis, and Cleveland will also be fairly chilly, but still not too bad for this time of year. Even Green Bay, will have a high near 28 degrees.
