* Indicates a scenario that could result in a tie for the FedEx Cup, which would force a sudden-death playoff.

No. 1, Jason Day

-- If he wins the Tour Championship, he wins the FedEx Cup.

-- Can finish as low as 29th and still have a mathematical chance of winning.

No. 2, Jordan Spieth

-- If he wins the Tour Championship, he wins the FedEx Cup.
