The situation: Third-and-9 from the Miami 36-yard line, with the Patriots leading 21-0 with 4:57 remaining until halftime. The play: Garoppolo rolls to his right as Dolphins linebacker Kiko Alonso closes in on him and drives him into the ground with force. Garoppolo lands hard on his right shoulder. He connects with WR Malcolm Mitchell for 15 yards on the play but can't continue. He takes a knee as the medical staff comes on to tend to him and the crowd chants "Jimmy! Jimmy! Jimmy!" Cowboys vs. Redskins • Late-game touchdown run
The situation: Second-and-2 from the Washington 4, with the Cowboys trailing 23-20. The play: Taking over for Ezekiel Elliott, who fumbled twice in the second half, Morris carries up the middle and scores, thanks to a monster block from Zack Martin with 4:45 to play. 49ers vs. Panthers • Celebrates first-quarter touchdown
The situation: First-and-10 from the Carolina 22 with the Panthers trailing 10-7 and just more than 10 minutes left in the first half. The play: Carolina Pro Bowl tight end Greg Olsen lines up on the right side and is clear of the defense by 8 yards down the middle of the field when a perfectly thrown pass from Cam Newton hits him in stride for a 78-yard touchdown. Titans vs. Lions • Game-winning catch
The situation: Fourth and goal from the Lions' 3, with the Titans trailing 15-10 and 1:13 remaining in the fourth. The play: Out of the shotgun, Marcus Mariota, who was 9-for-9 for 65 yards on the final drive, zips a pass between two defenders and into the arms of Andre Johnson in the middle of the end zone for a 9-yard TD and a 16-15 lead. Falcons vs. Raiders • Deflected catch for a touchdown
The situation: Third-and-6 from the Oakland 8-yard line, with the game tied at 21-21 and 9:35 left in the fourth quarter. The play: Matt Ryan drops back and tries to hit running back Tevin Coleman on a quick slant. The ball bounces off Coleman's hands at the 5-yard line and soars through the air. Falcons wide receiver Justin Hardy leaps high in the air, grabs the ball and falls into the end zone with Raiders cornerback Sean Smith on his back. That allows the Falcons to take a 28-21 lead. Seahawks vs. Rams • Strip and fumble recovery
The situation: Third-and-10 and Seahawks ball at the Rams' 35, with the Rams leading 9-3 with 57 seconds left. The play: Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson scrambles and completes an 8-yard pass to Christine Michael, but middle linebacker Alec Ogletree delivers a vicious hit to knock the ball away and recovers it to ice the game. It is the culmination of a dominant defensive effort by his team. Ogletree immediately runs toward the stands and gives the ball to his parents. Colts vs. Broncos • Interception for a touchdown
The situation: Third-and-15 from the Indianapolis 35-yard line, with the Broncos leading 16-13 and 14:06 left in game. The play: Andrew Luck tries to squeeze a pass to Phillip Dorsett with Aqib Talib in coverage. Talib nudges his way in front of Dorsett to snag the ball and returns the interception 46 yards for the touchdown. Buccaneers vs. Cardinals • Beats defender for long touchdown reception
The situation: Second-and-1 from the Cardinals 49, with the Cardinals leading 17-0 and 26 seconds remaining until halftime. The play: Palmer is in shotgun, with Brown lined up in the middle slot to his left between Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown. Palmer drops back as Brown picks up speed against Tampa Bay safety Chris Conte. Palmer steps up in the pocket and fires deep to Brown, who makes the catch around the 11 and sprints into the end zone for the touchdown.
