Five keys for Manny Pacquiao

Will the fight prove for Pacquiao to be a lead-up to a much-anticipated duel against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2015? That remains to be seen.

Pacquiao (56-6-2, 38 KOs) first must get past the slick Algieri (20-0, 8 KOs) at the Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena (HBO PPV, 9 p.m. ET). 

Pacquiao is a true champion who has been tested against opponents of all sizes, most of whom were better than Algieri. For every tool Algieri chooses to use, for each link in the plan designed to win this match, Pacquiao should have an answer.
