— -- OAKLAND, Calif. -- Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving exited the Cavs' 108-100 Game 1 overtime loss to the Golden State Warriors on Thursday after banging knees with Harrison Barnes.

Irving's left knee, which has been plagued by tendinitis for nearly a month now, made contact with Barnes, causing Irving to fall to the floor in pain.

On the ensuing Golden State possession, Barnes hit a corner 3 to put the Warriors up by seven, causing the Cavs to call timeout.

After trying to test his knee, Irving asked out of the game before play resumed and limped off the court to the locker room accompanied by Cleveland trainer Stephen Spiro.

Irving finished with 23 points, seven rebounds, six assists, four steals and two blocks in 44 minutes.
