Marshawn Lynch a no-go for Seahawks, source says

— -- Marshawn Lynch is a no-go for the Seattle Seahawks this weekend.

A source told ESPN's John Clayton that the running back will be downgraded to out after Lynch felt he could not go against the Minnesota Vikings following Friday's workout.

Lynch did not travel with the team Friday night when it departed for Sunday's wild-card game at the Vikings.

Lynch, who has not played since Week 10 against Arizona, is recovering from abdomen surgery that took place on Nov. 25.
