(AP) -- Sophomore guard Katie Edwards scored a career-high 20 points to lead the Montana Lady Griz past Memphis 74-56 Monday for the championship of the Lady Griz Holiday Classic. Junior center Hollie Tyler added 14 points, 11 rebounds and seven blocked shots for Montana (9-2), which won the tournament for the 21st time in 24 tries. Senior forward Julie Deming scored all 11 of her points in the second half and had four steals. Deming was named tournament MVP, and Edwards and Tyler were named to the all-tournament team. Victoria Crawford led Memphis (9-2) with 13 points. UM outscored Memphis 16-2 in the final four minutes. Idaho, led by Emily Faurholt's 26 points, defeated Princeton 62-54 for the consolation title.
