— -- Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles suffered an injury to his non-throwing shoulder and left Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

Foles was taken to the locker room in the first quarter for X-rays on his left shoulder. The Eagles announced that Foles is questionable to return.

Mark Sanchez entered the game at quarterback for the Eagles, who were tied with Houston, 7-7, at the time of Foles' injury.

Sanchez completed a 60-yard pass to wide receiver Jeremy Maclin and later threw a touchdown pass to Jordan Matthews during his first drive in the game, his first scoring pass since 2012 when he was with the Jets.

He threw an interception on his second drive of the game, however.
