Updates/analysis (most recent first)

Austin Seferian-Jenkins (11:56 a.m. ET): TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins (shoulder, doubtful) is inactive for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. No surprise here, as he has yet to be cleared for contact. It remains unclear when he will get back into game action.

Jarvis Landry (11:52 a.m. ET): WR Jarvis Landry (knee, questionable) is active for the Miami Dolphins. Fellow wideout Rishard Matthews also is active, despite appearing on the injury report this week due to an illness. Facing the New York Jets, who are without Darrelle Revis, both Fins pass-catchers carry upside today.

Charcandrick West (11:47 a.m. ET): As expected, RB Charcandrick West (hamstring, questionable) is inactive for the Kansas City Chiefs. That leaves Spencer Ware as the primary backfield option against the Buffalo Bills. Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is active, as expected.

Michael Floyd (8:20 a.m. ET): According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, WR Michael Floyd (hamstring, questionable) is expected to play for the Arizona Cardinals. Before missing last week's game, he had scored five touchdowns in his previous four games. He has a choice matchup against the lowly San Francisco 49ers today.

Jarvis Landry (8:13 a.m. ET): Per ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, WR Jarvis Landry (knee, questionable) is expected to play for the Miami Dolphins. Schefter also tweeted that Rishard Matthews, who has been ill this week, is expected to play.

Charcandrick West (8:05 a.m. ET): ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports that RB Charcandrick West (hamstring, questionable) will not play for the Kansas City Chiefs. Spencer Ware will handle most of the load against the Buffalo Bills. Schefter added that Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will play through his ankle injury. Neither Ware nor Kelce has a great matchup today.

Official Sunday inactives should begin coming in at approximately 11:30 a.m. for the early set of games, 2:30 p.m. ET for the later set and 7 p.m. for the Sunday night contest.
