— -- A Florida woman was arrested and charged with stalking former NASCAR driver Tony Stewart after being angry about his not signing a piece of memorabilia, according to a report by Indianapolis television station WRTV.

Kathi Russell, 68, faces charges of stalking, violating a protective order, terroristic mischief and intimidation by threatening to commit a felony, according to online Indiana court records. She was arrested Tuesday in Cape Coral, Florida, and remains in custody in Lee County (Florida) jail, according to jail online records.

According to the WRTV report, Russell has been harassing Stewart since March 2016, allegedly making 333 calls from six phone numbers to him, his family members, his company and his sponsors. She also allegedly reported that his plane was transporting narcotics and sent white powder (that turned out to be baking soda) to his attorneys.

A spokesman for Stewart declined to comment.
