Do You Have a Faulty iPhone Charger?

— -- Last Friday Apple warned iPhone 3G owners that they could be at risk of electric shock from faulty power adapters.

After reports that metal prongs on the smallest USB adapters broke off and stuck in power outlets, the company recalled the adapters that were sold with the 3G iPhone and said it would exchange them for a redesigned model without charge.
