In today's tech -- the fallout continues from the Blackberry blackout earlier this month. Class action lawsuits have been filed in California in Quebec seeking refunds for the challenges that affected more than half of Blackberry seventy million users worldwide. Engadget -- gazelle is seeing record numbers of Blackberry customers now trading in their devices for the new iPhone four S. As children get older they may now when mom or dad taking them around for trick or treating. Parenting dot com's Rachel Fishman fetters and suggest installing a tracking -- on children's cell phones.
