Four of the 12 boys trapped with their soccer coach in a Thailand cave have been rescued by divers, as the next phase of the mission is set to begin.

President Trump will announce his much-anticipated pick for the Supreme Court Monday, but a Democratic senator is calling him a "puppet of outside groups."

The president's secretary of state visited North Korea again, but he and his counterparts had terse negotiations this time -- and the North Koreans blasted the United States for making "gangster-like" demands.

The online shaming that followed a notorious video didn't end with an apology -- and the "viral infamy" could live on for decades.

4 boys safely pulled Thailand cave as second leg of rescue mission to begin in hours

Divers rescued four of the 12 boys who were trapped in a Thailand cave. Now, rescuers are preparing for the second phase of the mission to extract the remaining eight boys and their soccer coach.

As President Trump prepares to select a nominee for the Supreme Court, Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal said the president is making himself a "puppet" of the conservative groups that helped him form his list.
