The Susan Powell Case

Josh Powell Home Explosion

A fire, Feb. 5, 2012, at the home of Josh Powell, the husband of missing Utah mom Susan Powell, killed Powell and his two sons. In a voicemail to family, he said, "I am not able to live without my sons, and I'm not able to go on anymore. I'm sorry to everyone I've hurt. Goodbye."

Josh Powell Home Explosion

A judge ruled in February 2012 that the children of missing Utah mother Susan Powell had to remain in the custody of her parents. The judge said she wouldn't consider returning the two boys to their father, Josh Powell, until he underwent a psycho-sexual evaluation.
