The St. Louis Rams reportedly called up really-retired-this-time all-star quarterback Bret Favre this season to see if they could woo him back for a few more tosses of the NFL pigskin, according to ESPN.

Though Favre has dipped in and out of retirement for a while now, the 44-year-old is now a grandfather and told the Rams that this time, he was sidelined for good.

One source told ESPN that if Favre took the Rams up on their offer, "it could break Twitter," ESPN reported. media:20673856
