Hollywood is not happy with the Beverly Hills Hotel -- or its owners.

The Motion Picture & Television fund, which throws an annual Night Before the Oscars party at the hotel, said it will not be held there because of the hotel's ties to Brunei, where Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah instituted a severe, new, anti-gay penal code based on Sharia law last week, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
