Michael Strahan Donates Big to Marching Band

Michael Strahan wants his alma mater's marching band to join him at the Hall of Fame.

The sometime-GMA host and full-time "Michael & Kelly" co-host donated $100,000 to the marching band of his college, Texas Southern University, so the band can travel to his induction ceremony into the Football Hall of Fame, according to KPRC in Texas.

Is this the last weigh-in for Jillian Michaels?

The trainer and star of the Biggest Loser is leaving the show after this season, according to E! But Michaels has previously left the show twice and returned both times to resume coaching teams through their weight loss challenges. Season 16, which airs in the fall, will be her last, according to the network.

Fans are hungry for more Hunger Games.

The new trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" was released this week to the excitement of adoring fans. The clip features a message from Panem President Coriolanus Snow that ends with his famous line: "Panem Today. Panem Tomorrow. Panem Forever," but you just have to wonder if Katniss will go along with that sentiment.

Piper Perabo's Doing Stunts in 'Covert Affairs'

Piper Perabo has made a splash in her role as action star Annie Walker, a CIA recruit in the USA series "Covert Affairs."

Perabo told the Charlotte Observer this week that her costars Peter Gallagher and Christopher Gorham gave her tips on filming action scenes.

“Both of them would whisper in my ear what was going to happen. Just like Annie, I was in way over my head. It works much faster than film. So I spent a lot of the first season just getting my footing,” Perabo says during a break from filming.
