1.Hostage Stand-off in France
A gunman has taken hostages at a bank in Toulouse, France. French police say he's fired a shot but no injuries have been reported at this time. A French television station there says the gunman is claiming to be part of al-Qaeda.

2.Temperatures Soar on First day of Summer
Temperatures on the first official day of summer are expected to near or top 100 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday in the northeast. Highs in Philadelphia for this time of year, for instance, are about 84 degrees – Wednesday's predicted low there is 80 degrees.

3.Rallies Erupt in Egypt on Mubarak News
Rallies have erupted on the streets of Cairo as former president of Egypt Hosni Mubarak was declared clinically dead after suffering a stroke in prison. He has been put on life support.

4.Sandusky May Testify Today
Former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky may testify today in his trial, one day after his wife took the stand and slammed his accusers.

5. Rodney King 911 Call Released
Authorities have released the 911 call Rodney King's fiancé made after finding him at the bottom of his swimming pool in California on Sunday. Police have found no signs of foul play and are investigating King's death as an accidental drowning.
