1. Cleveland Kidnap Suspect to Be Arraigned Today
Prosecutors have charged Ariel Castro with four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape in the case of the three women missing for nearly a decade who were found on Monday. Castro is expected to be arraigned in court today.

2. Diplomat Describes Benghazi Attack
A top U.S. diplomat in Libya told a congressional committee Monday requests for military help in the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, were denied and later that State Department officials tried to keep him from cooperating with a House investigation.

3. Couple Missing From Docked Carnival Ship
A search is underway off Australia's eastern coaster two passengers who were discovered missing from a Carnival Spirit cruise ship after it docked in Sydney.
