Jan. 10, 2014 -- Kelly Osbourne recently revealed that she and fiance Matthew Mosshart had called off their engagement and asked the press for privacy.
But it didn't take long for the star of "Fashion Police" to open up about what happened.

"You would know if it was a bad thing. You know me. It was a mutual decision," she told her E! colleague Guiliana Rancic. "We love each other very much. It just wasn't the right time for us, and I think if we weren't as mature and adult as we are, then we could have gone down a road that got not very nice."

Osbourne, 29, announced in July that she and her chef beau were engaged after two years of dating. Their split, she said, was just matter of "bad timing."
"We're still really, really good friends. It's just we're not living in the same house. That's it really," she said. "There's no dramatic story. I wish there was so I had something to tell people but no, it just happens in life. We love each other very, very much."
