Secretary of state Hillary Clinton made an unannounced visit where she met with political leaders of -- new government -- rebels now in charge. But where is Moammar -- and how safe is Libya tonight. ABC's Martha Raddatz was traveling with Secretary Clinton in Tripoli. We arrived in Tripoli in a massive military aircraft brimming with missile defenses. I am proud to stand here.
