US military transferred its sprawling headquarters camp victory. To the Iraqis ABC's Martha Raddatz has been to Iraq twenty times -- spent more than a hundred nights at camp victory. So we asked her to tell us more about the space of what this transfer means. From the day US forces fought their way to take control of Saddam Hussein's massive -- conflict.
