Tens of thousands of Texans are on the move tonight in search of safer ground. And some of the most vulnerable patiences flown out of the storm zone. Here's Eva pilgrim. Reporter: Tonight, the rush to get the smallest and most V ul N vulnerable out of Harvey each reach. Medical flight crews working around the clock, but each of the infants out of the storm zone. I was worried about her breathing. Glad she's peaceful right now, doing all right. Reporter: Across Texas, it's all hands on-deck right now. 1,000 guardsmen deployed. FEMA positioning supplies, generators, food, and water. Areas on the coast under mandatory evacuation. If anything, we'll see about a week. Reporter: Tonight, shelters open, making room for thousands as Harvey comes ashore. And Eva is with us live in San Antonio.
