Meet 9-year-old Kasen, behind that garage door, stepping out, grandpa Allen right behind him. The two were in the car, about to leave over the weekend in Massachusetts, about to get pizza, when Kasen noticed something was very wrong. Will was acting really strange. He did not answer me. I knew something was up. Reporter: So, he made the call. Hi, this is 911. Um -- yes, my grandfather has a -- is acting very strange. What is he doing? He's, like, really angry.
