Finally tonight here, America strong. The 9-year-old boy with his grandfather, when he noticed something, and he did what we all should do. Meet 9-year-old Kasen, behind that garage door, stepping out, grandpa Allen right behind him. The two were in the car, about to leave over the weekend in Massachusetts, about to get pizza, when Kasen noticed something was very wrong. Will was acting really strange. He did not answer me. I knew something was up. Reporter: So, he made the call. Hi, this is 911. Um -- yes, my grandfather has a -- is acting very strange. What is he doing? He's, like, really angry. He's making, like, urgh sounds. Reporter: And listen to Kasen when the dispatcher says this. He might be having a medical issue right now. Yeah, I don't know, he's a diabetic, too. Diabetes. Yes. Do you know how old he is? Ah,'s 80. You think he's 80 years old? Yes. But he's really healthy, though. Okay. He doesn't look 80 at all. Reporter: And it turns out grandpa Allen was, in fact, suffering from low blood sugar. I didn't eat enough. It just -- if that had happened and I was there alone, they would have buried me today. Reporter: But emts arrived just minutes later and grandpa would be okay. Tonight, this message from Kasen. Trust your instincts. I'm very proud of myself and I'm happy he's still here. Way to go. And he doesn't look 80 at all. We're glad he's okay tonight. I'm David Muir. I hope to see you right back here tomorrow. From all of us here, good night.
