Katherine Heigl: Making Out With Jon Bon Jovi Was “Nerve-Wracking”

Making Out With Jon Bon Jovi Was “Nerve-Wracking,” Says Katherine Heigl In the upcoming movie New Year’s Eve, Jon Bon Jovi plays a rock star and Katherine Heigl plays his former love interest.  According to Heigl, there’s definitely some smooching going on between them onscreen — but it wasn’t exactly romantic. She tells E! Online that in the film — which presents the interconnected stories of various characters on New Year’s Eve in New York City — she plays “a young woman who’s a caterer and she’s catering the New Year’s Eve party and event” while Jon plays her “big, famous musician ex-fiance who comes back into town to sort of win me back.”  In the trailer for the film, Heigl is seen slapping Jon across the face numerous times, but she evidently has a change of heart. “Yes, I made out with him!” Heigl tells E! Online.  So, what was it like locking lips with the guy who’s haunted the dreams of millions of women since the eighties?  “It’s always so nerve-wracking,” reveals Heigl. “There’s all the giggles and there”s all the Altoid popping.”  Still, it was a good experience — she says of Jon, “He’s just a gem.  One of the nicest guys ever.” New Year’s Eve, which also stars Ashton Kutcher, Hilary Swank, Lea Michele, Zac Efron, Josh Duhamel, Robert DeNiro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Halle Berry and many many more stars, will be in theaters December 9.
