Michelle Rounds: Headhunter, Starbucks lover, and now, Rosie O'Donnell's wife to be.

O'Donnell's publicist confirmed Monday that the OWN talk show host, 49, and Rounds, 40, are engaged but have yet to set a date. So who is O'Donnell's latest leading lady? We've rounded up four facts about Rounds:

1. She's got a pretty sweet ring. O'Donnell tweeted a photo of the diamond she gave Rounds on Monday. We're no expert, but that's a lot of ice.

2. They met at Starbucks. "I walked into a Starbucks in the summer and she was holding a little puppy and I was about to get another little puppy," O'Donnell told " Nightline" in October. "We started to talk and I told her, 'You know when you have a little puppy like that you're gonna have a baby soon.' And she's like 'Actually, I was trying,' … I was like 'Oh your husband,' [she said] 'Oh I don't have a husband.' I was like, 'You don't have a husband?' She said, 'No, I'm a lesbian.' I was like, 'You are not!' She's like, 'No, I am.' I'm like, 'What are you, a 28-year-old lesbian?' [She said] 'No, I'm 40.' [O'Donnell said] 'You're a 40-year-old lesbian? You are?' Who knew."

3. She's a Senior Resource Developer at Vertex Solutions Inc. Or in other words, she's a headhunter for a New York City IT company. Her LinkedIn profile also reveals that she graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 1993 and she has more than 500 connections.

4. She doesn't appear to have been married before. ABCNews.com's search for Rounds' marriage and divorce records turned up nothing. While many states and counties don't make those records available, there's no indication that she's tied the knot before.
