It's that time of year, again. Get in line and try to score a seat at Oprah Winfrey's special, "Oprah's Favorite Things," because the talk-show queen is shelling out some impressive gifts this year.

Each year, Winfrey creates a list of her favorite products and this year's list has some pretty pricey pieces. There's a $238 set of 14 soaps from Lafco Soap, a $4,999 Bose VideoWaveII and a $450 Pedestal Fan.

"Safe, adjustable, easy to clean, and remote-controlled, the Pedestal Fan was on at the Jenners' place when I interviewed the Kardashians, and it was love at first breeze," Winfrey wrote on her website.

The iPad is out for O. Winfrey touted Microsoft's Surface as one of her favorite things, saying the $499 tablet "feels like a Mercedes-Benz."

Winfrey's list also includes a set of four Tom Ford lipsticks for $192 and a $3,099 Q37ci Elliptical Trainer, which you can get for $2,789 with a coupon. There's also the fun Corkcicle, which can be frozen and put into any bottle of wine that needs to stay cold.

Winfrey will be showing off all of her favorite things in the December issue of O magazine. She'll also tell fans how they can score all the items on the list.

"Oprah's Favorite Things" is a two-hour, prime time special airing Nov. 18 on OWN.
