Yet this intriguing case took a shocking turn, making headlines when DNA tests showed that Paul is not actually his parents' biological child.
So who is Paul Fronczak? And what ever happened to the stolen baby… the real Paul Fronczak? "20/20? and the ABC News Investigative Team, led by Barbara Walters and Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross, have been following Paul's compelling story for months. ABC cameras follow his journey as he searches to uncover his true biological identity.
