The West Wing cast has reunited. For two minutes and 22 seconds at least.

The crew of the NBC's hit presidential drama, which went off the air after seven seasons in 2006, banded together for a Public Service Announcement posted on the Internet in which the old crew delivers one last initiative to President Bartlett, played by Martin Sheen.

Written in the same vein as the show, the PSA provides some rapid-fire dialogue and takes a roundabout narrative to promoting the health benefits of walking.

Rushing down the hallway of the West Wing, William Duffy, who played White House staffer Larry, passes out a memo to fellow White House staff walk-and-talkers Allison Janney, Dulé Hill, Joshua Malina and Melissa Fitzgerald.

"This initiative cuts the risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke," Duffy says, sounding incredulous at the beginning of the ad.

"It says it does the same for breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer…"says Janney, who played President Bartlett's Chief of Staff. "We need to talk to the president."

Bustling into the Oval Office the crew persuades President Bartlett to consider their "initiative."

"It's very simple," Duffy says. "It's walking."

The PSA was a joint effort between the comedic video website Funny or Die and the Every Body Walk! Campaign touting the health benefits of walking for 30 minutes per day.

"Walking increases circulation, it generates positive nerochemicals in the brain and this above all to thy known self be true. And more importantly walking is where I get all my best ideas," Sheen says, in his epically presidential style as the background music reaches a crescendo.

Throwing on a white sweat band and his suit jacket, Sheen concludes, "Come friends, we're going for a walk."
