Obama Hopes Bryson Is 'Doing All Right' After Seizure and Car Accidents

President Obama said today that he hopes Commerce Secretary John Bryson is "doing all right" after he suffered a seizure and hit two cars in Los Angeles over the weekend.

"I just found out about this today and my hope is that he's doing all right," Obama told NBC News' Sioux City, Iowa affiliate KTIV. The president said he has not spoken with Bryson directly.

"We're still trying to find out, it sounds like it was health related in some way. But we're going to make sure that obviously he gets the best care," Obama said.

Bryson is suspected of felony hit and run in connection with the incident that took place on Saturday evening. Bryson allegedly hit two cars three times, and was found unconscious behind the wheel of his Lexus.
