2013 Pride Parades Anticipate Record Turnout

Annual LGBT pride parades across the country are gearing up for what is anticipated to be a momentous year on the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court decisions granting gay couples federal benefits of marriage and restoring same-sex marriages to California.

Celebrations in New York City, San Francisco, Minneapolis-St.Paul, Seattle, and St. Louis were all slated for Sunday regardless of where the Supreme Court came down on both DOMA and Proposition 8 in California, but record turnouts are expected as a result of the recent gay rights victories.

"We're very lucky, sometimes I like to think that when the decisions are made, they keep us in mind," NYC Pride media director Tish Flynn told The Associated Press.

Former Dodgers Pitcher Justin Miller Dead at 35

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Justin Miller was found dead in Palm Harbor, Fla. He was 35.

Miller's body was found at approximately 10:30 p.m. Wednesday evening, the Tampa Bay Times reported. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office declined to reveal where Miller was found, but said it was investigating the cause of his death.

Miller's professional pitching career spanned 15 years, but he might have been best known for his tattooed arms. In 2004, MLB required him to wear long sleeves on the mound after players complained that his arm artwork distracted them at bat.

The requirement became known as the "Justin Miller Rule."

"Our sincere condolences go out to the family of former RHP Justin Miller, who has passed away. Justin was 35 years old & a loyal friend," Sosnick Cobbe Sports, the agency that represented the pitcher during his career, tweeted on Friday.

'Anna Nicole' Premieres on Lifetime

Six years after her death, Anna Nicole Smith has been immortalized in a new Lifetime biopic, "Anna Nicole," that aired Saturday.

At first glance, 27-year-old Agnes Bruckner seemed like a long shot to play the platinum blonde temptress. But the "Private Practice" actress, who is much smaller than the voluptuous Smith, reportedly had to undergo four hours of hair, makeup and prosthetics applied by three people each morning before shooting.

The hard work paid off -- side by side images of Bruckner compared to iconic images of Smith are nearly identical.

"The moment I saw her, I didn't recognize her," said Deborah Everton, the costume designer for the film. "I was wondering, 'Who is this?' ... And then I realized it was Agnes."

"She really became Anna Nicole for this role," Entertainment Weekly writer Lindzi Scharf told ABC News.

The attack Friday, June 21, in Millburn, N.J. was captured on a hidden camera in the woman's home. In the footage, Curtis is seen bursting into the home, punching and kicking the woman and throwing her down stairs while her 3-year-old daughter cowered on a couch, according to the AP.

The identities of both mother and child have not been released.
