Joaquín Torres has designed the homes of Madonna, Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem, and most of the Real Madrid soccer team. The Spanish "architect of the galactic stars" is known for sleek, modern, elegant designs (think lots of heavy stone, glass, and polished metal), and for his meticulous attention to detail—he even designs the furnishings for many of his homes. Here's a look at some of the insanely opulent residences he's created:

Joaquín Torres respects his client's privacy requests so he keeps his mouth closed when asked about the interior of this celebrity couple's home. But given how nice the outside is, it's probably safe to assume it looks pretty good inside as well.

Apparently Zidane's home was the most difficult for Torres to design. In an interview with Hola Magazine in 2010, he said they had a lot of problems communicating to Zidane that an architect works with one kind of architecture, not all or any kind of architecture.

Ronaldo, like many of his teammates, lives in the gated La Finca community created by Torres. The footballers all live in identical multi-million dollar houses, which Torres also mostly furnished.
