The six projects were established in 1992 by the Older Americans Act to provide legal counsel to areas throughout the country. The individuals seeking help for pension information can be any age.

Other Great Resources:

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation is the insurer of more than 27,000 pension plans sponsored by the private sector. The plans are responsible for coverage for 44 million individuals. The corporation operates a missing participants list that allows users to search for unclaimed pension funds online.
