Nov. 6, 2009— -- The grim employment picture in the United States has forced many Americans to settle in jobs for which they are overqualified or that don't match their skill sets. Are you underemployed, or are you working part-time because you can't find full-time work? Are you a college grad working in a job that doesn't make use of your education?
