quicklist: 2title: Taylor Swift Sings 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' text: Swift dressed up as a nautical pinup for her first live TV performance of her latest hit single. Men of the world, if you weren't scared off by "Dear John," consider this your cue to never, ever break this lady's heart. media: 17178769
quicklist: 3title: Gangnam Styletext: South Korean rapper PSY took the stage with Kevin Hart to perform the dance the world is going nuts over. Unfamilar? Check this out. media: 17178344
quicklist: 4title: Frank Ocean Sings 'Thinking About You'text: The hip-hop singer's performance of "Thinking About You" was awesomely minimalistic in the midst of the VMA's usual acrobatics. (We're talking about you, Pink, though great job in that harness.) It was just him, a guitar, a fire-like display and a mic. Old school perfection.media: 17177855
quicklist: 5title: Kevin Hart Calls Out Kristen Stewarttext: In his opening monologue, Hart dispensed advice to a variety of people, from Drake to Snooki (don't paint the baby orange) to Stewart, who had a fling with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director. "If she did [have an affair], so what?," he said. "It's over. Move on!" She wasn't there to absorb Hart's wisdom, but we're sure her ex, Robert Pattinson, appreciated hearing that before he went on stage. media: 17182138
