— -- It took some time for Carly Waddell to fall for Evan Bass on "Bachelor in Paradise," but she insists that now she's in it for the long haul.

The reality TV star told ABC News before the season finale was filmed that she was sure a proposal was coming from Bass -- at some point.

Declaring, "I'm so in love!" Waddell added confidently, "I'm gonna marry that man one day for sure. I honestly don't have a doubt in my mind."

"I’ve never felt this way about anyone, ever," she gushed. "I feel so safe, I feel at home, I feel comfortable, I feel like I could be the ugliest [person] in the world and he doesn’t see ugly. He sees beauty. His compliments, the way he looks at me, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced."

Waddell had her heart broken by Kirk DeWindt on the last season of "Bachelor in Paradise," but she was determined to have a better experience this time around. Now, she insisted, her love for Bass is "not even comparable" to what she felt for her ex.

"[Evan and I] have said 'This is the forever kind of love,' and 'You’re not getting rid of me,'" she said. "I talked to him last night and I said, 'I’m so excited about your kids! I want a house. I want a yard. I want a dog. I want your kids to be there, I want our kids to be there,' and he’s like, 'Yes! All of those things. I want all of those things.' So that obviously won’t happen tomorrow but that’s a step that we’re going to get to."

She also hopes to meet Bass's three children someday soon.

"I’ve always wanted kids!" she said. "I got so excited that he was a single dad and that he wants more kids and I was like, 'Whoa, this is gonna be great!' We’re gonna go on crazy adventures as a family and I’m so ready to do that."

The final episode of "Bachelor in Paradise" will air tonight on ABC.
