'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice': Details From the Exclusive IMAX Screening

— -- Fans lucky enough to get tickets to Monday's exclusive trailer screening of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" were treated to some amazing extras, as promised by director Zack Snyder.
"IMAX Event BvS fans will still be first & only to see special IMAX BvS teaser #AFewExtraShotsPlusALittleSwag #NotPirated," he wrote on Friday, and the screening did not disappoint.
First, fans were given a set of Superman and Batman posters that would make Andy Warhol proud.
Next, Snyder gave fans the ultimate gift.
A ticket was handed out that reads, "Thank you for attending tonight's event. This certificate entitles bearer to a single 'admit one' ticket to a preview screening" of the movie next year -- a week before it opens.
To cap off the IMAX trailer event, Snyder pre-recorded a message to fans "in which he points out a few elements that aren’t noticeable when you watch the trailer on a computer or mobile device," according to Forbes.
"The IMAX screening contained footage that won’t be released online, and is exclusive to the trailer event screening. And second, seeing it in IMAX demonstrated the difference between the regular footage and the sequences actually shot with IMAX cameras," Forbes added. "The different footage was just a few seconds, but it was electrifying. At the end of the trailer, we see Superman and Batman crouch down, and then hurl themselves toward one another. The scene ends with the two titans crashing into one another, fists raised and teeth gritted in fury."
