1 -- Teresa Didn't Think She'd Get Jail Time and She Blames Her Lawyers

"I didn’t understand that part," she said about going to jail after signing her plea deal. "I don’t know, I thought my lawyer was gonna fight for me. That’s what lawyers do. Pretty much that’s why you hire an attorney. You put it in their hands."

She added that, despite the accusations from the judge that she didn't turn over documents after the plea deal, which the judge said was partly why she gave her jail time, she had given the courts and her lawyers all the documents they asked for.

"Whatever they wanted, I gave them. I'm not trying to hide anything," she said. "That’s why I was shocked. Believe me, whatever I needed to do I would do."

2 -- Joe Admits to Using Teresa in His Fraud Because She Had Better Credit

"I expected me. I didn’t expect her," he said. "I even took full blame. ... She really had no part in my businesses."

"Whatever Joe told me to sign, I would sign," she added.

He admitted that he was, in fact, "taking out false loans."

"She had better credit, so we used her," he said. "She never came to the closings. She might have singed one document."

3 -- Teresa Starts Jail on Jan. 5 and Wants Joe to Bring the Girls Once a Week

"I just want to be with my daughters. ... I just want to make sure my daughters are OK," she said. "I just want to talk to my daughters every day. I want him to bring them to me."

She then turned to her husband and said, "Just make sure you come once a week."

4 -- Teresa Thinks She Won't Fight in Jail and Isn't Worried About Not Having Makeup, Etc.

"I'm gonna do fine," she said.

On the possibility of losing her temper, she added, "No one can push my buttons anymore."

As for jail fashion, she said, "I don’t care about that. I'll just slick my hair back and go about my day."

5 -- Teresa's Mother Has Been Supporting Her

She said that after the sentencing last Thursday, she came home and saw "all the family there, friends, and it was just hard walking in. I couldn’t wait to see my daughters and my parents. ... My mom, she started crying. ... My mom was like, she couldn’t believe it. She was like, ‘You’ve always been a good kid.'"
