— -- Some might say that Benedict Cumberbatch looks good enough to eat.

Well, now that applies quite literally: A likeness of the actor has been sculpted out of chocolate.

A life-size statue of the Oscar nominee was commissioned by a British TV station, UKTV, to promote the launch of drama on its on-demand service. After polling 2,000 women as to who was the "dishiest actor," Cumberbatch won out, and on Friday, the sculpture in his likeness will go on display at a local shopping center.

"We're using Belgian chocolate, which is around 33 percent cocoa," explained one of the artists behind the work, adding that about 500 bars of melted chocolate went into the work. "[If you ate it,] it would taste like chocolate!"
