Cassidy, 63, was arrested for DUI in early January in Los Angeles. He had just finished a stint in rehab before the arrest and went back to an undisclosed facility days after, ET reported on Jan. 11.

The January arrest was the third time he's been charged with DUI since 2010.

Before that, Cassidy was arrested in August 2013 in New York and in November 2010 in Florida. For the 2010 arrest, he pleaded no contest. His driving privileges were suspended for six months and he was on probation for a year.
