Eva Mendes Calls Sweatpants 'Number One Cause of Divorce'

— -- Eva Mendes says her six-month-old daughter Esmeralda has given her a new appreciation for motherhood.
The actress confesses in an interview with TV's Extra that she has a new appreciation for what her mother went through all those years she spent raising her.
“Now I understand so much,” Mendes told Extra. "My mother’s never gotten more 'I love you so much mommy' texts."

Mendes, 41, said that her her daughter with actor Ryan Gosling has begun sleeping through the night, though "something random can happen," and that they will be shot. But no matter how much sleep she gets, the actress, who just developed a beauty line with Circa, said that her boyfriend, Ryan Gosling, won't catch her wearing comfy clothes around the house.
"No, no, no, no! You can't do sweatpants. No," she said. "Ladies, number one cause of divorce in America? Sweatpants. No. Can't do that."
