As you whip your body into shape for the start of summer, it's helpful to remember that even A-list stars and supermodels indulge some of the time.
From fast food to fried food, the stars reveal some of their favorite forbidden foods.
Now that she has signed on to be a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, Jessica Simpson will have to give up the foods that she happily gave into during her pregnancy.
In January, the singer, who recently gave birth to her first child, revealed to "Extra" her cravings for sugary treats. "I had a buttered Pop-Tart this morning," she said. "I'm eating a lot of stuff that I ate in my childhood. Kraft Mac & Cheese, Pop-Tarts, Cap'n Crunch. Everything's filled with sugar." She told Jay Leno in March about indulging in "slutty brownies," a three-layer desert of cookie dough, Oreo cookies and brownie mix.
Asked whether she was concerned about watching her weight, Simpson told "Extra," "We'll worry about the rest afterwards."
Well, with daughter Maxwell Drew nearly a month old, "afterwards" begins now -- and Simpson has a reported $3 million paycheck from Weight Watchers as extra incentive.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, Jennifer Love Hewitt went for the fast food at popular California chain In-N-Out Burger, and she traveled in style. Hewitt was photographed pulling up to the drive-thru window in her cream-colored Bentley.
Although it might not appear that singer Courtney Love eats much at all, she claims to subsist on what many consider indulgences: chicken pot pies and cakes. "I'm all about the pineapple upside-down cake," she told New York magazine earlier this month. "I stopped doing dope in the '90s, but I've had to eat sweets at 4 or 5 a.m. ever since." By the way, she doesn't recommend her eating habits.
Janet Jackson is the new spokesperson for Nutrisystem, the weight-loss program responsible for her dramatic weight loss. But the singer still allows herself an occasional indulgence. "I love caramel apples! NutriSystem doesn't have that, so that's probably my cheat food," Jackson told People magazine.
Actress Christina Ricci goes for fast food. "My favorite forbidden food is Cheetos and any kind of McDonalds. I once ate McDonalds three times in one day," she confessed to the Huffington Post.
Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen has a blog dedicated to her love for food, called So Delushious.com, with the tag line "personal random ramblings from a girl who loves bacon and can't be fat." There are plenty of recipes that feature bacon, like Paula Deen's Texas Country Potato Salad, in which the potatoes are boiled in bacon grease; bacon deviled eggs; and bacon meatballs. There's also a snap of Teigen kissing a container of duck fat and pictures of her hubby-to-be John Legend sampling her dishes.
For Jennifer Aniston, Mexican food is her weakness. She loves it so much, she'd want it for her last meal. "It'd be chips and guacamole, quesadillas, enchiladas, a big tostada salad and nachos," she told Stylist magazine.
Former "X Factor" judge Nicole Scherzinger returns to her Hawaiian roots to satisfy her cravings. "I love dried tuna dipped in soy sauce, kalua pig [pork cooked in an underground oven], banana pancakes with coconut syrup and chocolate-covered macadamia nuts," she told Shape magazine. "My gosh, I could gain 10 pounds just talking about those foods."
For pop princess and soon-to-be "X Factor" judge Britney Spears, chocolate is the way to go when indulging. "Definitely chocolate. A lot of chocolate," Spears told UK magazine Stylist. "I love Scores in the States, with the caramel in the middle, and every once in a while if I'm really hungry then a Snickers bar is good. And M&Ms are great, Hershey's Whoppers are great, Raisinettes... Twixes are great too. And the new Hershey's Cookies & Cream, too."
Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr indulges in fried food. "My favorite snack is fried chicken," she told Contactmusic. "I make it myself!"
Teen idol Selena Gomez goes for the sour, not the sweet, and pickles are her passion. She revealed to Jimmy Fallon how she pours pickle juice on her popcorn and told David Letterman about making stops at Hooters for deep-fried pickles. She even tweets about her love for pickles. "Reeses and pickles are my favorite together," she once tweeted. "They just work for more reason than one."
Curvy Scarlett Johansson stuck to a strict diet of mostly salmon and kale to slip into her skin-tight "Black Widow" costume for the new "Avengers" film, but now she's free to indulge in her latest obsession: buffalo chicken wings. "I am addicted to them," Johansson revealed to FOX411. "You will have to roll me down the red carpet next time you see me."
"French fries ... with lots of salt," actress Cameron Diaz confessed to the UK's Daily Mirror about her weakness. "When there's French fries around, nothing's safe -- don't even get your hand in there! I don't even chew, I just go like 'Aaaaargh.'"
