The former "Girls Next Door" star and her husband Pasquale Rotella are expecting their second child, she told People.

Their eldest, daughter Rainbow, is 2.

“I’m so excited,” she told the magazine. “This time I know what to expect a little bit more. [That] makes it even more enjoyable!”

Madison, 36, told the magazine that she doesn't know the baby's gender yet, but she's "feeling the boy vibe." However, Rainbow is hoping that her mom is wrong about that.

“She’s rooting for a girl," Madison said. "I think she’s going to be a good big sister. She’s very caring and she loves playing with her baby dolls and taking care of the pets.”
